Fire rages at Australia petrochemical plant - report

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--A fire raging at a petrochemical plant in Melbourne, Australia, since Thursday night was brought under control early on Friday, the Australian Associated Press reported.

The plant is owned by Tritech Lubricants, which has 700,000 litres of flammable liquid stored at the plant in Dandenong South.

No casualties were reported and the cause of the fire is still not known, according to the report.
