SINGAPORE (ICIS)--India’s Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL) has sold by tender three naphtha cargoes totalling 105,000 tonnes for loading from New Mangalore port in June-August, traders said on Friday.
Mercuria won the tender, they added.
The first cargo for loading on 19-21 June fetched a premium of $23/tonne (€16/tonne) to Middle East quotes FOB (free on board), while the second cargo for loading on 2-4 July was awarded at a premium of $22.50/tonne and the third parcel was done at a $22.20/tonne premium for loading on 1-3 August.
MRPL last sold via tender 35,000 tonnes of naphtha for loading from New Mangalore port on 17-19 May at a premium of $29/tonne to Middle East quotes FOB.
