Composites One to distribute Bayer composites materials in US

HOUSTON (ICIS)--Composites One will distribute Bayer MaterialScience's polyurethane (PU) resin systems to composite-part makers throughout the US, the companies said on Monday.

The deal does not include the sale of the feedstocks used to make polyurethanes, Bayer said. The companies did not disclose the financial terms.

Composites One is a US-based joint venture made up of GLS and Cook Composites and Polymers. It distributes composites materials.
