Mexico's Pemex restarts ethylene line at Pajaritos complex

MEXICO CITY (ICIS)--Mexico-based Pemex restarted of its Ethylene II production line on Friday at the Pajaritos complex in Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz.

The restart is part of the oil and petrochemical conglomerate's annual, scheduled maintenance programme for the facility.

This represents the second of three in a sequence of ethylene-based production lines to undergo work, starting in early May with each segment lasting approximately 30 days

Pemex has an ethylene capacity of 180,000 tonnes/year at Pajaritos, according to ICIS plants and projects.
