SHANGHAI (ICIS)--Guangzhou Petrochemical has started construction of its new 200,000 tonne/year polypropylene (PP) plant in southern ?xml:namespace>
The plant, which will cost yuan (CNY) 740m ($114m) to build, is expected to be completed in early 2013, the source added.
