SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Taiwan’s Nan Ya Plastics restarted its 720,000 tonne/year No 4 monoethylene glycol (MEG) plant at Mailiao on 20 July, a company source said on Thursday.

Nan Ya’s three other MEG units at the same site are operating at 85-90%, according to the source.

The company restarted its 360,000 tonne/year No 3 plant on 14 July.

The company restarted its No 1 and No 2 MEG units on 6 and 11 July respectively. Each unit has a capacity of 360,000 tonnes/year.
