China’s Huizhou MMA restarts unit, plans full rate early next week

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Huizhou MMA aims to run its 90,000 tonne/year methyl methacrylate (MMA) unit at full capacity by early next week, a company source said on Friday.

The plant at Guangdong is in the process of restarting today following completion of a scheduled turnaround on 11 July, the source added.

Huizhou MMA is a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Rayon Co (MRC).
