Correction: In the ICIS story headlined "Initial Europe August propylene contract rolls over" dated 26 July, please read in the first paragraph …agreed at €1,130/tonne ($1,614/tonne)… instead of …agreed at €1,090/tonne ($1,557/tonne)…. A corrected story follows.
LONDON (ICIS)--An initial European propylene contract settlement for August has been agreed at €1,130/tonne ($1,614/tonne), a rollover from July, a major producer said late on Tuesday.
The settlement, which is done on a free delivered (FD) northwest European (NWE) basis, was between the producer and one of its consumers, a major integrated consumer.
Confirmation from the consumer is still pending.
($1 = €0.70)
