US August polymer-grade propylene nominated up 3 cents/lb

HOUSTON (ICIS)--A US producer has nominated the August polymer-grade propylene (PGP) contract at an increase of 3 cents/lb ($66/tonne, €46tonne), market sources said on Friday.

The July contract price was concluded at 78.00 cents/lb for PGP and 76.50 cents/lb for chemical-grade propylene (CGP).

During the week, PGP traded at 78 cents/lb and 79 cents/lb for August spot delivery and at 78 cents/lb for September delivery.
