HOUSTON (ICIS)--Joe Harlan has joined US Dow Chemical as the president of its performance products and performance systems division, the company said on Monday.
Harlan will assume his new role on 1 September.
Prior to joining Dow, Harlan was an executive with 3M since 2001. His last position at the company was executive vice president of consumer and office business.
He spent a majority of his career with US General Electric (GE), where he held several positions. Harlan graduated from Indiana University at Bloomington, Indiana, with a bachelor’s degree in finance.
