HOUSTON (ICIS)--INEOS Styrenics said on Tuesday it will bring its 485,000 tonne/year Texas City styrene plant in Texas back up when demand and economics improve.
The company said it brought the unit down over a week ago because of the slow demand and poor economics.
Most North American producers have reduced rates during the US summer because of a seasonal lull in demand.
