SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Tian Hua Chemicals is planning to restart its 32,000 tonne/year epichlorohydrin (ECH) line at Tianjin in August, a source close to the company said on Wednesday.
The producer originally planned to restart the line on 10-11 July after it was shut on 8 July, but postponed it because of technical issues, the source said.
Tian Hua Chemicals runs a separate 28,000 tonne/year ECH line at the same plant and it is currently operating at 80-90% capacity, added the source.
