LONDON (ICIS)--Polimeri Europa’s cracker in Porto Marghera, Italy, is back running at normal rates following the completion of a planned turnaround, a company source said on Thursday.
The cracker, which has a nameplate capacity of 490,000 tonnes/year of ethylene, went into a planned turnaround at the beginning of June. Restart was originally expected by the end of July.
The restart was delayed until 10 August because of a technical issue, the source said.
