HOUSTON (ICIS)--US-based Enterprise Products will not proceed with a proposed pipeline joint venture (JV) with Energy Transfer, the company said on Friday.
Under the joint venture, the two companies would have built a 584-mile (940km) pipeline connecting Cushing, Oklahoma, to Houston, Enterprise said. The joint venture did not secure enough agreements with shippers.
However, Enterprise said it remains committed to developing the pipeline and it will continue to work with potential shippers to secure additional support for the project.
