Venezuela methanol unit going down in November for maintenance

HOUSTON (ICIS)--The Supermetanol methanol plant in Jose, Venezuela, has scheduled a 14-day maintenance shutdown in November, market sources said on Monday.

A source close to the plant said the maintenance would last from 11-25 November.

The 770,000 tonne/year Supermetanol plant is a joint venture between Ecofuel and Venezuelan state-owned chemical company Pequiven.
