The No 3 crude unit of 180,000 bbl/day of the refinery is likely to be restarted in early September, they added.
The refinery was shut at the end of July following a fire at a pipeline in the Mailiao complex.
There was no immediate comment from the company on the restart schedule.
FPCC restarted the No 1 crude distillation unit of similar capacity on 21 August.
