LONDON (ICIS)--The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) on Monday published proposals to add 20 chemicals to its “candidate list” of substances of very high concern (SVHC) for authorisation under EU rules.
Interested parties are invited to comment on the proposals by 13 October, the ECHA said.
From the last publication six months ago, the number of dossiers has more than doubled and there are already 53 substances on the candidate list, the agency said.
Full details of the latest proposals and the substances involved are available from the ECHA here.
