Thailand’s PTT Chemical to restart Rayong HDPE plant by end Oct

SINGAPORE (ICIS)-- The company shut the plant on 9 October because of a technical issue, the source said. “The producer’s other HDPE plants were not affected by the technical problem,” the source added.
