HOUSTON (ICIS)--PTT has relocated its head office support functions from Bangkok to secondary offices in Thailand as a result of flooding, the oil and gas major said.
PTT moved its head office support functions on Friday to offices in Chonburi and Rayong provinces, which had been prepared for the move in advance, the company said.
“As a result, business transactions between PTT and its counterparties are able to proceed as normal,” PTT said.
However, the flood has curtailed some of PTT’s operations, resulting in a 13% drop in natural gas sales volume, and a 12% drop in oil sales volume, it added.
