HOUSTON (ICIS)--US energy major ConocoPhillips announced on Monday several appointments to the leadership teams of the two companies that will be created from its upcoming split.
Matt Fox will become the executive vice president, exploration and production, of the new ConocoPhillips, which will be a pure-play exploration and production company.
Alan Hirshberg will serve as executive vice president, technology and projects, while Don Wallette will be executive vice president, business development and commercial.
Meanwhile, Lawrence Ziemba will become executive vice president, refining, responsibile for major projects and procurement, for Phillips 66.
The new refining and chemicals business will include Chevron Phillips Chemical (CP Chem), the petrochemical production arm of the company.
