HOUSTON (ICIS)--Western Refining shut down a diesel hydrotreater for repairs of a pressure relief device at its 122,000 bbl/day El Paso refinery in Texas on 20 November, according to a Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) report posted on Monday.
The pressure relief valve needs to be replaced, and the unit will remain off line until the repairs have been made.
The filing said the shutdown has not negatively impacted operations at associated process units.
