Japan's JX Nippon Oil restarts Negishi CDU after delay

TOKYO (ICIS)--Japan’s fourth-largest refiner JX Nippon Oil & Energy has restarted its 120,000 bbl/day crude distillation unit (CDU) at its Negishi refinery in Kanagawa prefecture after a delay, a company source said on Thursday.
However, the source declined to disclose the unit’s operating rate.
The restart had been postponed because of a delay in the inspection process during the maintenance shutdown of the refinery.
