LONDON (ICIS)--Tikkurila is reducing its management board from eight to five members as it seeks to speed up decision-making and improve operational efficiency, the Finland-based paint producer said on Friday.
From 1 January, Tikkurila’s management board will include Erkki Jarvinen, CEO and president; Janno Paju, chief commercial officer; Jukka Havia, chief financial officer; Petri Miettinen, group vice president of supply chain management; Kenneth Sundberg, group vice president or research and development.
Paju will be responsible for Tikkurila’s sales and marketing operations, with directors of geographical areas and group marketing reporting to him.
