China’s Huizhou MMA to shut 90,000 tonnes/year unit for 20 days

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--?xml:namespace>China’s Huizhou MMA is planning to shut down its 90,000 tonne/year methyl methacrylate (MMA) unit for a 20-day turnaround from 18 December, a company source said on Wednesday.
The plant in Guangdong is expected to restart in the first week of January 2012, the source added.
Huizhou MMA is a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Rayon Co (MRC).
