China’s Guangxi Luzhai Fertilizer restarts DAP unit

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Guangxi Luzhai Fertilizer Company has restarted its 240,000 tonne/year diammonium phosphate (DAP) plant at Guangxi in south China, a company source said on Wednesday.

The company shut the plant on 13 December because it shut its feedstock 120,000 tonne/year phosphoric acid unit at the same site for maintenance on the same date, the source said.

The restart will not have a significant impact on the domestic market because the plant’s capacity is small, the source added.
