SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Hubei Xiangyun Chemical has started building a compound fertilizer project with two 280,000 tonne/year lines at Wuxue in Hubei province, a company source said on Monday.
A groundbreaking ceremony for the project was held on 19 December, the source said.
The project will cost yuan (CNY) 199m ($31.4m), the source added.
The plant is estimated to come on stream in June 2012 after construction work is completed, the source added.
