HOUSTON (ICIS)--US Enterprise Products Partners has agreed to sell 22.8m Energy Transfer Equity common units for $825.1m (€635.3m), the midstream energy services company said on Tuesday.
Enterprise said the money will be used for “general partnership purposes, including funding growth capital projects”.
The company did immediately not respond to requests for comment. Enterprise said it would close on the deal in January.
