SINGAPORE (ICIS)--India’s energy and petrochemical major Reliance Industries has commissioned its 144,000 tonne/year methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE) plant at Hazira in Gujarat since December last year, a source close to the company said on Friday.
“The plant is running well,” the source said.
The company is likely to export its first batch of MTBE supplies from the plant soon, he added.
