S Korea’s Honam buys 75,000 tonnes naphtha for H2 Feb

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--South Korea’s Honam Petrochemical has bought 75,000 tonnes of naphtha for delivery in the second-half of February, traders said on Thursday.

The three cargoes were done at a premium of around $8.25/tonne (€6.52/tonne) to Japan quotes CFR (cost and freight) for delivery into Daesan, they added.

In its previous spot purchase, Honam paid premiums of $$8.00-8.50/tonne for 75,000 tonnes of naphtha for delivery in February.
