SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Japan-based Cosmo Oil has resumed operations at some secondary units at its 220,000 bbl/day ?xml:namespace>
Cosmo Oil said in a statement said partial operations have been resumed at the No 10 fuel oil hydro-desulphurisation unit, the No 20 hydrogen production unit, a second hydrogen production facility and a vacuum gasoil hydro-desulphurisation unit.
