US PPG Industries completes deal for coatings business in Colombia

HOUSTON (ICIS)--PPG Industries has completed the acquisition of the coatings business of

In acquiring Colpisa, PPG becomes a major coatings supplier with a direct automotive original equipment manufacturer (OEM) coatings production presence in Colombia and one of the leading providers of a full line of automotive refinish products in Colombia, it said.
