Dow Chemical begins turnaround at Louisiana cracker

HOUSTON (ICIS)--Dow Chemical began a planned turnaround at its St Charles cracker in Louisiana on Thursday.
The 610,000 tonne/year unit will be off line for 45 days, according to sources in the market.
Dow confirmed the turnaround started on Thursday but declined to comment on the length.
