Thailand’s PTTGC eyes August turnaround for PDH unit

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Thailand’s PTT Global Chemical (PTTGC) is planning to shut its propane dehydrogenation unit (PDH) at Map Ta Phut for maintenance in August, a company source said on Thursday.

The PDH can produce around 150,000 tonnes/year of propylene.

The source said the turnaround is expected to last around 45 days, but the exact dates have yet to be finalised.
