SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China National Salt Group (CNSG) Anhui Hongsifang is planning to start up a 600,000 tonne/year nitrogen phosphorus potassium (NPK) unit on the outskirts of ?xml:namespace>
The start-up is part of the company’s second phase of its relocation to the urban area. The first phase saw the producer bring a 400,000 tonne/year NPK unit on stream at the same site in the first half of 2011, according to the source.
The company’s total NPK capacity will be increased to 1m tonnes/year with the start-up at both plants, the source added.
