SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Thai Paraxylene (TPX) is planning to shut its 490,000 tonne/year Sri Racha-based paraxylene (PX) unit for a two-week maintenance and debottlenecking in the second half of March, a company source said on Thursday.
The unit’s PX production capacity is expected to increase by around 35,000-40,000 tonnes/year after the debottlenecking process, the source said.
