SINGAPORE (ICIS)--South Korea’s S-Oil is seeking a $100/tonne (€75/tonne) increase for its March paraxylene (PX) Asian Contract Price (ACP), a company source said on Wednesday.
The producer’s nomination was at $1,690/tonne CFR (cost & freight) Asia, he said.
The February PX ACP was fully settled at $1,590/tonne CFR Asia.
JX Nippon Oil & Energy, ExxonMobil and Idemitsu Kosan have yet to nominate their respective March PX ACP as of 15:00 hours Singapore time.
