SINGAPORE (ICIS) --ASB Biodiesel Hong Kong has started to build its 100,000 tonne/year biodiesel plant at Tseung Kwan in ?xml:namespace>
The plant is being built by China Harbour Engineering Co (CHEC), which has signed a construction deal of around Hong Kong dollars (HK$)
The plant is expected to be completed in December this year, the source said, without disclosing the scheduled start-up date of the plant.
The total cost of the project was not immediately available.
