SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China's Maoming Petrochemical, a subsidiary of Sinopec, is on track to restart its 380,000 tonne/year No 1 cracker on 25 February after a short turnaround, a company source said on Thursday.

“The smaller cracker will restart on 25 February as scheduled,” the source said.

The No 1 cracker was shut down on 13 February.

The company also runs a 640,000 tonne/year No 2 cracker at the site in Guangdong province that is currently operating at full capacity, the source said.
