Fire at Citgo's Corpus Christi refinery in Texas causes no damage

HOUSTON (ICIS)--A small fire was extinguished at CITGO’s Corpus Christi refinery in Texas on Friday morning by unit personnel, a CITGO official said on Friday.

The fire was at the east plant of the 163,000 bbl/day refinery, the CITGO official said.

There were no injuries and no threat to the area. In addition, the official said there was no disruption to the unit and no damage to equipment.
