HOUSTON (ICIS)--Eastman Chemical said on Thursday that two of its Longview crackers in Texas were down because of a power outage the previous day.
The two units each have 141,000 tonnes/year of ethylene capacity.
The company plans to restart the crackers early next week, a spokesperson said.
Eastman has a third cracker at the site with 358,000 tonnes/year of capacity.
