HOUSTON (ICIS)--Eastman Chemical has restarted two of its Longview crackers in Texas that were downed by a power outage last week, the company said on Monday.
The two units each have 141,000 tonnes/year of ethylene capacity.
The crackers were restarted during the weekend, according to a filing with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).
Eastman has a third cracker in Longview with 358,000 tonnes/year of capacity.
