SINGAPORE (ICIS)--The US Department of Commerce has postponed for the fourth time its decision on whether to impose anti-dumping duties on solar cells imported from ?xml:namespace>
The decision, which was scheduled to be announced on 27 March, is now expected to be postponed to 17 May, the statement added.
The Department of Commerce said on 9 November 2011 that it would begin anti-dumping investigations on Chinese solar cells.
