SINGAPORE (ICIS)--?xml:namespace>China’s Tianjin Jiatai Weiye Chemical Industry plans to restart its 120,000 tonne/year expandable polystyrene (EPS) plants in Tianjin province on 15 March, a company source said on Tuesday.
The plant was shut down on 1 March as a result of a technical issue, the source added.
The restart may have little impact on the EPS market as the capacity is limited and the downstream demand is still weak, a local distributer said.By: Iris Xi+65 6780 4359
