SEOUL (ICIS)--SK Global Chemicals (SKGC) will shut its No 2 Ulsan-based paraxylene (PX) and orthoxylene (OX) units in September for 45-day turnarounds each, a company source said on Tuesday.
The plant can produce up to 450,000 tonnes/year of PX and 100,000 tonnes/year of OX.
The company has not decided if it will supply contracted cargoes during the turnaround, the source added.
