US Momentive Specialty to close epoxy site at Wesseling, Germany

LONDON (ICIS)--Momentive Specialty Chemicals plans to close its epoxy resins production site at Wesseling near
Momentive said the closure would improve the overall competitiveness of its base epoxy resins business and customers will be supplied from its other European epoxy resins plants.
The company's Wesseling site is operated by LyondellBasell under a leasing arrangement. The closure will affect about 30 workers, Momentive said.
Capacity details were not disclosed.
