HOUSTON (ICIS)--US ethanol inventories and production levels came down last week, according to data released by the Energy Information Administration (EIA) on Wednesday.
The decline comes a week after stockpiles and production rates had increased.
Ethanol inventories for the week that ended on 23 March were at 22.6m bbl, down by 100,000 bbl or 0.4% from 22.7m bbl a week earlier.Meanwhile, ethanol production was at 889,000 bbl/day, also down by 0.4% or 4,000 bbl/day from 893,000 bbl/day the previous week.?xml:namespace>
