China’s Hubei Yihua to start up new Songzi DAP facility in Q4 2012

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--
The yuan (CNY) 1.15bn ($183m) facility includes two DAP lines, each with 280,000 tonne/year of capacity, as well as a 800,000 tonne/year sulphuric acid unit, the company said in a filing to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
The facility also includes a new 300,000 tonne/year phosphoric acid unit, the fertilizer and chemical raw materials maker said.
Hubei Yihua Chemical’s overall capacity of DAP will grow to 1.26m tonnes/year following the start up of the new facility at Songzi, according to the company.
