Sinopec SABIC Tianjin Petrochemical restart HDPE unit on 5 April

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--?xml:namespace>China’s Sinopec SABIC Tianjin Petrochemical restarted its 300,000 tonne/year high density polyethylene (HDPE) unit at Tianjin in north China on 5 April, a company source said on Thursday.
The HDPE plant was shut on 25th March because of a technical glitch, he added. The nature of the problem was not revealed.
After the restart the plant will start producing injection-grade HDPE following a gap of one year, the source said.By: Angie Li+65 6780 4359
