SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Dalian Petrochemical, a subsidiary of PetroChina, is planning to restart its 6m tonne/year crude distillation unit (CDU) at Dalian in Liaoning province in late April, a company source said on Monday.

The unit was shut on 25 March for maintenance, together with a 3.5m tonne/year fluid catalytic cracker (FCC) at the same site, according to the source.

The FCC is scheduled to restart in early May, said the source.
