Iran’s Sepahan Oil to shut base oils plant in May for one month

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Iran’s Sepahan Oil aims to shut down its 400,000 tonne/year base oils plant in Isfahan province for maintenance, a source close to the company said on Tuesday.

The shutdown will take place in the first half of May and it will last for one month, added the source.

Sepahan Oil can produce Group I SN500, engine oils, industrial lubricants, automobile gear oils, greases and antifreeze, paraffine, heavy slack wax and rubber processing oil at its plant.
